I would be curious if any other OPO's presently offer CME's for their educational offerings in the hospital? We are considering this option and would like to know how this has worked out for others.

We do a yearly plan for hospitals, developed jointly with them. I know in our larger hospitals, the plan is revisited at donor councils and in the course of other meetings, education delivery, etc.

How often is a plan re-assessed in most hospitals - looking at all categories? Does anyone have a great tool they use for this?

Template for OR's for Organ Recovery

Does anyone have a template specific for the OR relative to their process/practice for preparation for an organ recovery? I will appreciate any suggestions/ideas/templates that you may have.
