In this method, this is simply a skills assessment and anyone with instructor status could facilitate. The Training Center isn't a major issue as long as the standards are upheld.

Stay tuned, we are still in the fact finding stage.

RE: ACLS Training

Could NATCO use existing members with ACLS instructor status as faculty for the practical testing? I question who the AHA Training Center issuing the cards would be and who would supply the crash cart, manikins, etc.

ACLS Training

NATCO is considering offering ACLS recertification at the Annual Meeting. This would likely consist of two components. An on-line component offered by the AHA. As well as a testing component at the meeting. I would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks

John
