Does anyone one know if any guidelines exist for "best practice" ratios for post- coordinator. I am looking for any written information to support improved quality outcomes.

I am working on a project for NATCO called regulations 101. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share examples or forms you have regarding on documentation on how your multidisciplinary patient care planning, discharge documentation, components of quality assessment and performance, organ receipt-verification of ABO form, examples of quality assessment and performance-QI projects.
