Does anyone have experience with the use of seroquel in liver transplant recipients?  By case report, we have a few cases with transaminitis most likely related to seroquel.  One case seems very straight forward without confounding variables, but the other 2 cases have concomitant conditions including Hepatitis C and a question of recurrent autoimmune idsease.  We do have histologic data on these 2 latter patients, but it is difficult to discern drug effect from these concomitant diagnoses.
