If they cannot tolerate cyclosporine (which promotes hair growth), we have recommended biotin products which also help with hair growth. Gentle scalp massages also promote hair growth. Decrease frequency of shampoo and excessive brushing of hair - since most hair is lost by brushing. Just a few ideas. Dermatologists do not have great ideas on the topic as we have tried referrals for this.
