Does anyone use assistants to help the clinical coordinator?  If so, what is the role, and qualifications?

If anyone has a job description to share that would also be great!

we have a secretary that works with each of the pre-coordinators to assist with scheduling & following up on test results, etc.  at this point it is hit or miss, but we are trying to get a more streamlined process.
