I think good people can disagree on this. I opted to offer the KP 1st and place 1 more organ. (Which we did)

Interesting question.  There remains limited experience with DCD pancreas recovery.  Most of the surgeons are more likely to accept a pancreas as a k/p than isolated pancreas recovery.

We will allocate the liver first and then the kidneys and pancreas.
