On December 1, 2011, NATCO presented Congressman Joe Courtney with NATCO's Legislator of the Year Award! Congressman Courtney has worked to eliminate pre-existing condition disqualifications. Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, beginning in 2014, pre-existing health condition exclusions will be a thing of the past.
