NATCO offers opportunities for our members to network with their peers and other professionals to develop meaningful relationship and advance knowledge. Our networking opportunities allow members to inspire and energize each other to make a difference.
NATCO now has a presence on several social media sites. Here's information on how to connect to the association and other NATCO members on those sites, and some user tips:
Facebook- become a "fan" of the NATCO, The Organization for Transplant Professionals page. View photos/videos, participate in discussions with current and prospective NATCO members
On May 1, 2012, Facebook launched a function enabling millions of worldwide users to share their organ donor status with the world and allowing them to enter their names in the donor registry! Facebook users can now add that they are organ donors in their Facebook timeline and let the world know when, where or why they became an organ donor. By adding this feature, you will be provided a link to the donor registry in your corresponding state. To update your donor status on your timelime, go to your profile and in the 'About Us' section, choose 'Life Events' and 'Health and Wellness'. At the top of the list, you will see 'Organ Donor', select that option, and begin to add your state, the year you became an organ donor and your personal story.
