Ignite: Foundational Leadership Development – Now Virtual!
New Format, Same Impact — Ignite Goes Virtual!
Based on valuable feedback from our members and participants, NATCO is excited to announce that Ignite, our foundational leadership development program within the Elevate Series, is now a virtual learning experience.
This format allows us to reach and include even more frontline professionals with leadership potential—those eager to grow but unable to travel for in-person sessions. The new virtual Ignite delivers the same high-quality, interactive learning focused on self-awareness, communication, and foundational leadership skills, now with added flexibility and accessibility.
Participants will engage through a dynamic blend of learning and connection:
- Quarterly virtual cohort networking sessions to discuss and apply the on-demand content with peers from across the nation.
- On-demand access to FranklinCovey leadership modules, assigned for self-paced learning and personal reflection.
- Monthly coaching designed to deepen insights, foster accountability, and support real-world application of leadership concepts.

Fee: NATCO members is $2,750 and non-members is $3,000

Accelerate Schedule
Accelerating influence, execution, and team engagement. Designed for leaders who are ready to move beyond task management into strategic thinking and performance coaching—ideal for supervisors, managers, and emerging multi-level leaders.
Content will include building trust, coaching, & influence, team culture & engagement, communication & conflict mastery, coaching & developing others, strategic thinking & decision-making, change leadership, team performance & accountability, and creating your leadership blueprint.
Fee: Member $4700 and Non-Member $5000
Thrive:
Thrive Schedule
Thriving in your careers through strategic influence, executive presence, and enterprise impact. Ideal for seasoned managers, directors, or VPs who lead other leaders, shape culture, and are preparing for senior or executive-level roles.
Content will focus on shifting from execution to strategic direction, team-building to culture-shaping, problem-solving to empowering others, and departmental influence to enterprise-wide impact—while strengthening executive presence and defining your leadership legacy.
